Pace Arrow plastic lock blocks on slide broke

We have a 2009 Pace Arrow 36D with a full wall slide. The locks that hold the slide in have small black plastic blocks which are both broken. Anyone have this problem? There is no way you can over tighten these as the slide just stops when it is all the way in. I can't understand how both are broken.

Are you referring to the basement compartment door locks located on your slide?

No, the slide motorized locks at the top of the slide that lock it closed. Thanks for asking. Both of mine are broken and I can't believe more people are not having the same problem.
