Talking Pace Arrow rubber roof problems??

Looking at newer Pace Arrow, HR Navigator, and Ambassador. Up until 2019, they have a rubberish roof. 2020 they changed to fiberglas. Any one have any problems with the rubber roof? Don't know if we should remove them from our looking list, or not. Thanks, the Muffin Man.

A TPO roof is a 20 + year roof like used on industrial flat roof buildings. It is an upgrade to EPDM roofs. Just clean it sometimes. I would think a fiberglass roof would be even better.

rubber roof

I have a rubber roof on my 99 arrow. it was a total mess. but I did not want to spend $3000 to replace it so I patched it with Dicor products
liquid sealer and tapes when no one would patch it for me.
that was three years ago and it is in need of another coating. I cannot speak of fiberglass roofing I am happy with what I have and no leaks! My cost was in the hundreds.

Good luck!
