Picking Up a 2004 Excursion Monday...

We are trading in our 2000 Newmar Kountry Star for a 2004 Fleetwood Excursion on Monday. I am excited. Hubby is driving our Star out to AZ to do the trade. The Star had one slide and the Excursion has 4. Looking forward to the extra room and hope that the Fleetwood is as nice as it looks online.

If anyone out there bought one new I am interested to find out about one thing. The one we are getting has a desk instead of a second sofa. We actually like this because we both are on the computer so much it was a bit tedious with both of us at the dining table in the Star facing each other....we like togetherness but that was a bit much Wondering if this was an option or did the original owner do this special.

Will miss the pass through below but hoping the extra interior room will make up for it.

cirquegirl, Congratulations on the purchase of your new motorhome. I would have to ask if you are a fan of Cirque De Soleil.

Oh yes, how I chose my name. Love the shows. Have been to quite a few in Vegas and also the traveling tent shows.

We recently saw the "Saltimbanco" performance in North Charelston, SC.

That was the last one we saw in Houston. If you have not been to Vegas to one of their permanent shows my all time best is Mystere! Totally unbelieveable.

I think you will enjoy the coach. You might want to join the Excursion Owners Yahoo Group. A lot of good information about the Excursion.
