Hmm, good idea. The DW is the toilet freak but I do suppose the under the rim is a good idea. I did a complete cleaning job several months ago including wiping down walls and it did help but only for a short time. Maybe I need to find a tree or tire.

I have seen other threads about the air admittance valve and gray tank odors. Mine has a split bath and AFAIK there is no AAV for the sink or it is behind the cabinet back or side. No odor under the sink and the cavity is shared with the rear furnace so seems as it may pickup and odors.
