Power Gear Electric Leveling Jacks

I have a 2007 Bounder Diesel with Power Gear electric leveling jacks and on my last trip I auto leveled and after a while noticed that the coach didn't seem level. I manually leveled thinking I was sinking in the ground but after the 2nd time of doing this I want out and noticed the jack was slowly retracting on it's own. any idea what my problem is and how to fix it?

Here's a Power Gear tech document on the motor ( same as slide motor. ) and the proper brake engagement. This could be your issue.

Cliff, thanks for the help. The brake engagement seemed to do the trick.
