Assuming that you've pressed the 'Retract Jacks' button and that does retract the jacks somewhat, the beeping when you put it in gear what they do if the fluid is low, but you've already checked that...with the jacks retracted and the slides in if the system also powers them. Low fluid is the most common cause of that beeping so might be worth a double check.

Another cause is one of the jacks isn't fully retracted. They all need to be within 1" of the top of the cylinder or the alarm sounds, even though they're off the ground. In that case, just make a lever and lever the reluctant jack back up and worry about the cause after your trip.

Another cause is a broken wire. The jacks down alarm on older Power Gear systems was right on the side of the tank underneath and had a 18 AWG wire attached. That small gauge wire can be broken by road debris so check for that. Not sure if that's true for a '15 model but maybe worth checking.

And of course, there could be something wrong with the control itself. But they are fairly well made...or use to be.

As I am sure you have read before, the jacks down feature is a float in the tank. When the fluid is low the jacks show down. These switches do go bad. They also can be turned sideways in the tank and stick. There is a small v cut in the switch to show the top. If it is up. you proably have a bad float switch. Let us know what you find.
