Propane connection

Hi all,

I there a connection on an Excursion 35b that allows you to connect a portable grill to the RV propane tank?

Thanks

Mark

I think you would have to buy a tee adaptor and install it onto the main propane tank ,then run a hose into one of the lower storage bins.

I’m not the OP but I’d sure like a link to the appropriate adapter for this! Been looking...

Search for Sturgi-Stay... Mine works both ways. I acn feed a grill or stove via a hose, or use an external propane tank and not use the internal tank.

I have this on ours. As stated above, gas out, gas in, use external tank for rv.
Just a link....

Just remember these adaptors install between the LP Tank service valve and the LP Regulator (high pressure side)
So if connecting to an exterial propane cylinder...no problem
If connecting to a external BBQ then will need to use the BBQ reg

If you install after the LP Reg...(low side) then you can connect directly to a BBQ w/o using it's regulator BUT can NOT connect an external propane cylinder due to the high ressure from cylinder.

I’m looking for an appropriate tee for the downstream side of the tank regulator. About to give up my search and find a way to tap into the black piping further downstream.

The outlet of the regulator should be 1/4 or 3/8 pipe thread. Get a brass street T .
