Purchased 2002 Pace Arrow

Recently picked up a 2002 Pace Arrow 36R to remodel and enjoy (all our previous MH's were new when purchased). The pictures below were what she looked like when we picked her up.

The interior strip has already commenced. We've replaced all of the old ceiling ventilation louvres, and the ceiling/under cabinet light fixtures are all LED now (and what a huge difference that made).

I'll post threads every now and then to show progress.

Happy New Year to everyone!

Cheers
Wayne

It's the F53 chassis.

The interior is in good shape, but definitely dated. DW and I have decided to replace flooring, furniture, shower, appliances, and paint cabinets and walls. I will also add a televator.

Cheers

Interior refresh

Yours looks identical to our 2003. I have replaced the tvs and light fixtures on the interior and the water heater, acs, and hvac controls so far.

Looking forward to see what you are doing with it.

Congrats Wayne! I have a 2003 Southwind 36R on the Workhorse chassis that I purchased in 2007 - great floorplan. I've done a number of mods and upgrades; can't wait to see what you do. Enjoy the coach!

May I ask what you used to replace the HVAC controls?

Cheers,
Wayne

Intellec replacement

I used the same Waiter system. Electrically I did not have to make any mods but I did need to notch the wall cutout down 1/2 to make it fit with the upper control.
Has been in continuous service since Feb of last year.

Seating 2002 oace arrow

We have the flexsteel seating for a 2002 PA if anyone needs it. We have all components for the "J" sofa....NO FRAME. EXCELLENT condition. No lounge chair or done the tho.

Free to anyone who either wants to come to Houston or I can meet and deliver if you cover gas (within reason).

Any chance you can add a picture of the panel? I'm not seeing what you mean.

Cheers

Bedroom TV Relocation

DW decided I needed to ghost the corner tv cabinet in the bedroom. Mission accomplished. Really opens up the space. Will install a new tv above the alcove.

Cheers,
Wayne
