Purchased New 2019 Pace Arrow LXE 38N Today.

Bit the bullet and bought a new 19 38N pace arrow. Was able to get 39% off the 299k sticker. Dealer wouldn't budge anymore. Looking forward to having 2 full bathrooms and the open layout. Anyone with a Pace Arrow 38N or Discovery 38N have any feedback on the floor plan? TIA.

We have the same year, make, and model only in tan/brown. Like it a lot. Bought it for $166k last March. We’ve made a few mods on it. Added two sewer storage tubes under the drivers side, added a spare electrical cord reel next to the primary power cord. Deflated the tires in the rear to 95 and front to 100, much better ride. Changed the outside tv mount to a new mor ryde swing out mount. Might want to check where the ice maker line runs. Ours they ran across the top of the front heater. Front heater melted the line when it kicked on and water went everywhere. Overall, we really like the layout with our two girls with us. I wish we would have got the discovery but it was out of our price range. I really like your dinning room table and wanted that set up but couldn’t pass up the price we got. They wanted it off their lot and had it on sale from La Mesa in California.

Wow that is a heck of a deal, I thought I did good at 39%. What was sticker price on yours?

I don’t recall the sticker price. It has everything except the electronics/Wi-fi package. We were looking at a 40G and didn’t really like only one bathroom. The salesman reluctantly showed us this one because we weren’t “serious” buyers. We fell in love with the floor plan. I looked on RVTrader all over the United States and found the same one but with your dining table about 100 miles away. It was $186k. I called them to see if they would price match and they had sold it that morning. Based on the price we bought the one for $166k because we felt we couldn’t pass up the deal.

Yea I have the technology package with the solar and the 3rd AC. I had a 2013 40G and it was a great coach. I know I'm gonna miss that monster hp and torque. Looking forward to the 2 bathrooms though.

That is probably the price difference then. I wish we had the 3rd A/C and am looking to add solar. I’m a little nervous what kind of price tag they put in that for me. I want to see if they can add the third A/C as well. The tech package is nice, we just couldn’t pass up the deal they were offering on this one. I do think the horse power is a little on the low end when towing.

The 2nd full bathroom with the kids is such a nice benefit though. Makes trips so much more enjoyable. You will love that and being shorter allows easier access to a lot of additional areas.

Plot twist. Ended up being able to back out of the deal because I found a 2020 Discovery 38N that someone bought and never ended up using it. Got a killer deal! I can't believe how much these things have upgraded from my 13 40g. The new digital dash is something else. There is literally an endless about of data for you. Also glad to get the Allison 3000 instead of the 2500. The 38n floor plan is unbelievable, if you haven't checked them out, do it!

If we can ask, how much did you end up paying for the discovery?

200k. It's brand new. The guy that ordered it ended up passing away before it was built, and his son sold it to me.
