Quickee Revolution steps

The steps on my 2008 Revolution work fine until I switch on the ignition,they then extend instead of retract,anyone got any ideas please?

Check the door switch make sure both parts are getting in contact. Sounds like it thinks the door is open. Kwiki has a good trouble shooting web site.
