Rear Air Conditioner Question 2004 Pace Arrow

On my 2004 Pace Arrow 37C the rear a/c compressor won't run. the control panel has a green light, it's not shedding power. It has 120 volts power to the unit, 120 volts on the compressor. I checked the capacitors with a analog meter, they seem OK, I installed a new hard start capacitor, nothing I'v done will make the compressor start. Anyone have a suggestion ??. I don't mind if I have to replace the unit, I'd rather do that than sink lots of money in a nine year old unit. It currently has the 11,000 BTU Coleman A/C, If I have to replace it can I use the new Coleman Mach Three 13,500 BTU Power Saver that only pulls 11.2 amps as a direct bolt in replacement for the current one or should I use the Mach One 11,000 Btu Power Saver that only pulls 9.3 Amps
I don't know the amp rating for the current one on the RV now, forgot to look and can't check it with the compressor not running.
Thanks for any suggestions and input.

Have you checked the windings of the compressor? An open start winding would keep the compressor from running.

Sounds to me like a problem with the controller board for the a/c, or the thermostat interface to it (the zone controller, if a multi-zone thermostat system). The compressor isn't being told to turn on, so it doesn't.

Thanks for your help, Got on the MH and pulled off the outside cover this morning, unhooked all the wiring to the fan and compressor and straight wired it to a 20 amp drop cord, it fired right up and cooled like a new one. I put it all back together, the went inside and attack it from the bottom. Finally got the control board out, opened it up, it looked good so I turned the A/C on waited about two minutes then jumped over the wires on the compressor switch and it starter right up and started cooling. That means the box is most likely bad, I ordered a new one from RVPlus, $75 with shipping. Here is a picture of the bad one. The part that is bad has the purple and black wires on it. It is made into the board so you have to replace the whole thing.
