You won't get the info here, you have to go to www.nhtsa.gov to find it.

Welcome to the forum.
I just put your VIN in the NHTSA recall finder and it came back as "cannot be processed at this time" (the more complete image is attached below)
However, by doing a search for recalls that involved a 2002 Fleetwood Southwind, several sites I used came up with five (5) recalls. Here is the list from one of them:
2002 Fleetwood Southwind recalls
You can keep trying to use the NHTSA website to see if it continues to come up with the "cannot be processed at this time" ( GO HERE) message but if you have no luck, I'd probably try contacting the manufacturer (the REV Group/Fleetwood) to see if they can tell you whether the recalls were completed on your specific vehicle.

From my experience, Workhorse may track the chassis recalls but the RV manufacturer --I believe, but not entirely sure in this case- should have record of all recalls both chassis and house. I seem to recall that Winnebago had a record of both.

It appears the 9th digit (check digit) should be something other than "O". I can't get a result on NHTSA as the VIN is written. It appears to be a 2002 Workhorse W22, though, and there are two recalls for that year & model.
For a manual VIN decode, see https://www.ultrarvproducts.com/WorkhorseVin
