Refrigerator goes out while operating on propane. The refrigerator lights fine, and W

I have replaced circuit board , igniter , thermal coupler all fuses are good, unit has been cleaned . I was wondering if maybe I have a bad ground, or I might be losing voltage after running for hours. My battery's have never dropped below 11.50 at the lowest point, but maybe that's to low ?
Just looking for suggestions

Typically deep cycle batteries aren't supposed to be used below about 12.1 volts. Of course, this is measured on a battery that has been " at rest " for some period of time. I'm thinking it's not the battery though.

With an intermittent problem all you can do is make yourself more informed about how the system operates and make measurements while it's working and compare to meas. when it's not working. Start with verifying that 12V disappears from the valve when it stops and work from there.

Good luck.

Here is a link for you. Good info. I agree you need to check the 12vdc and I guess you do have propane. See link. Good Luck

As I hope you saw in the troubleshooting manual- link I sent you... The problem can be broken down into to categories, One is 12vdc electrical or two a propane related issue. Confirm you have 12 vdc MINIMUM. Remember lots of 12 vdc items really need 13-13.5 vdc. Some satellite tracking dishes will not even boot up on 12.05 vdc.

Check your rework. It's possible you have introduced more problems changing out (shotgunning) parts. Only use the shotgun approach as a last ditch option.

Confirm your propane tank has propane it. Does your gas furnace or gas range top work? If you ran the tank dry it will take SEVERAL start attempts to get the air out of the line and the gas up to the unit.

Keep us posted and don't give up. The mystery will reveal itself!

Hi,
Just a thought....
Had a recent issue with my Dometic RM2807 and discovered that they're supposed to go out once they reach the set temp temp then relight when they warm up. I had to manually light ours from the git go and that's why it didn't relight. I replaced the spark unit on it and it's working fine now.
Could be something similar.
Igniter / Re-Igniter Module for most Dometic Refrigerators : Generator Parts, Generac, Onan, Kohler, Hotstart, Dynagen, Dinosaur, Newage, Leroy, Basler

11.5 is about 14% charged. To test if it is the battery, plug in the coach and set the eyebrow control to propane. If it stays lit while plugged in, it is low batteries. Also remember that the thermocouple is VERY low voltage. When replacing one, Always clean the thermocouple connection very good. The slightest corrosion will drop the voltage too low to work.
