I am about to remove my jackknife couch from my 2003 Fleetwood Storm for reupolistering. I want to remove the couch without opening my slide if - at all possible. I have attached a diagram of my floorplan to give atleast a vague idea of my dimensions. Has anyone done this? And, is this possible or will I have to open the slide?

I removed my jackknife couch in my storm just by opening it up and hauling it out the door. My MH doesn't have a slide but the floor plan looks like yours.
Thanks for the advice. Hopefully this will be a relatively easy removal. I also have to reinstall it after it's been reupolstered. Once that is out, I am contemplating removing the carpet and going with some other material (not sure yet as to what will work best).

Fleetwood usually bolts the couch through the floor with about 4 sets of nuts and bolts. You will most likely want to slide out for ease of access to the nut and washers below.
