Replacing fan blade and more, 5.9

I was doing the serpentine belt on my 2003 Expedition.70000 miles and everything looks original.
I noticed a small chip in the fan blade and couldn't leave it. It should be fixed before it turned into a big fail on the road.I have read of guys paying 4-5 grand for work around the front of the engine.
As I was looking around the engine ,I thought I would do some maintenance items. New items I would replace. Serpentine ,idler pulley, water pump ,fan bearing, and all the radiator hoses. And now fan blade.
I saw where guys had cut the top of the radiator shroud to get access to clean the CAC.So would I ,so as to get access to the bolts that hold the fan blade on.
After getting the fan blade bolts off that were torqued to a million lbs,I took of the bracket that holds the shroud to the engine the fan came straight up. Im in the bedroom floor area working. Then all the named items could be replaced rather easily.
I can understand why the dealers take out the radiator, its about the money.
304 -fan blade,220 radiator hoses,22 bearing,72 serpentine,106 water pump ,thermostat 19,fan hub 25, and belt tensioner 85.
856 and all is new .2 days doing the work.
It would have been easier access to remove the radiator but a lot more work. Now I can clean the CAC whenever ,with the access hole.

Congrats..your hard work will pay off. I too have cut the shroud for access. It was great having it when I needed to change the Horton fan clutch on my 6.7 ISB as it came right out through the hole saving me $1500 in labor charges from Freightliner.
