REV Factory Service Center Recommendation

Yesterday while on Rt. 80 in New Jersey I was rear-ended in my 2006 Fleetwood Discovery 39S. Fairly significant damage to lower section of my fiberglass end cap and the utility compartment door on the rear drivers side. The vehicle that rear ended me was going 20 or 30 mph and actually went under my motorhome and was connected to me until I was able to maneuver to the shoulder.

I am obviously aware of most of the physical body damage but am also worried about any hidden damage that might have occurred to my Freightliner Chassis, transmission or any other components of my coach. The tailpipe was also crushed as well.

After posting here on IRV2 I got some very good recommendations on how best to proceed with my repairs. One recommendation was to go to the REV Factory Service center which is located in Decatur, Indiana. Although it is a 600 mile drive from New Jersey I'm thinking that the idea might be best alternative as it's the Fleetwood factory service center and they can complete my collision repairs and also check and repair anything else that may have been damaged as a result of the accident.

My coach is in immaculate condition and I only want a reputable repair facility to perform the necessary repair work.

Has anyone had any experience with collision/body repairs or any other repairs at the REV Factory Service Center? If so I'd appreciate any advice you can provide me.

Thanks for your assistance.

Can't speak for the collision repair but I and several people have been to the Decatur center and all had positive responses for the service work. They don't do Chassis work as far as I know but I believe if they feel chassis work is required will set you up with Freightliner which is in that area. I would call the service number 800-322-8216

Good Luck and sorry to hear about your coach

I don't know to what extent they can do chassis work but they do have an alignment rack that I have seen several freightliner chassis coaches on. I suggest you call the service center to find out about their repair capabilities.
