Hi Jess, What year is your Revolution? Mine is a 2008. I have not been able to find the switch that controls my basement lights. Maybe that's it. Mine is in storage in Bullhead City AZ. I didn't want to winterize it. All my basement lights don't work. Also I can't find the main water tank drain. Any ideas? Thanks Gator Reno NV.

On my '04 Tradition that was the master power circuit for the utility lights in the engine compartment and the front end (generator etc) compartment. Each had a light on a retractable reel, with a switch on the light itself. It also provided power to the reading lamps over the driver & passenger seats and thosoe also had their own switch. In other words, turning the Utility on only made power available - you still had to turn on the individual switches.

Thanks Gary. I think mine is same thing. I just have to locate the main switch to sends power to all the all the other switches. I'm hoping is the one Jess is talking about. Did you use AGM or flooded house batteries? I need to replace my AGM but there 370.00 each. Times 4.

Does it look like the switch circled in the photo below? Since we don't know what year Revolution (pre-AC or post-AC), if it's pre it could turn on your engine bay light as well as the scare light on the outside/driver's side/above the wet bay near the roof line. That's what it does on my Bounder.

If you would, please put the year/make/model of your coach in your signature. This way that info will display on all your posts & help us answer questions you have about it.

I haven’t unraveled the utility switch mystery yet either. Basement lights are on a switch next the door and the map lights are tied to the dome light switch on the headlight switch. I haven’t poked around the generator and engine bay with the switch on. I’ll give that a try.

I found my baggage bay lights are labeled "Luggage" and is in the the bank of switches as you enter the door before the passenger seat. Not home but can take a pic later if needed.

I guess I'm going to have to spend some time on figuring things out. I have a switch inside the door that I haven't figured out. Maybe that's it. I'll try it next week and let you know. Going from a Alpine Coach to Revolution is quite a change.

I have a 2005 34F , I have a switch that is not labeled also , IT DID control engine bay light .But, you could not see it on in daylight unless you stuck your head in engine compartment and looked up. I happened to find it on at night ,then tracked down the switch that controlled it.
