I moved my Rev to a storage place while a new concrete parking pad was poured at our house. On the trip the dash AC was blowing warm. So I’m going to recharge it and was looking for tips on doing this, location and such. I will be bringing her back home next week.

Location, under the hood. Double check to make sure compressor is kicking on. I would do the touch test also feeling the low side to see if it’s cool to touch.

The suction (low side) port is at the compressor...

The system has a pressure switch that kicks compressor off if low (or high) of refrigerant.

It maybe only take a can to bring it back up...not sure if you're using a gauge set or just a gas and go hose from Walmart, lol but careful not to over fill.

One other question, the rear engine cover has a couple pins that fit into holes. Very loose fitting and it rattles a bit. Is there supposed to be anything in the holes to tighten up?

Not sure, as I'm not familiar with your setup...can you post a picture?

Usually there's a nut on back side?

The low side port on my 2004 American Tradition is in the front left storage bay, below the driver seat, along with the HVAC fan and relays. Some other models have the port just forward of that, accessed via the front "hood" opening.
