Revolution LE electrical
Hi all,
Newbee here. I know there's a wealth of knowledge here and hope I can contribute too. For now though, I need a little help after an unfortunate steer tire blow out.
I have a 2005 Revolution le and the left front electrical compartment was destroyed. The fuse and relay busses are hanging by the harnesses and most systems work. Chassis AC and headlights don't.
Can anyone share a photo of there compartment intact?
Thanks in advance,
Bruce

Welcome to irv2. FW can email you a wiring diagram if that will help. 800-322-8210 and follow the prompt for American Coach Customer Svc. Have your FW ID# handy. Good luck and please update us.

Cliff is right about the wiring diagram. American Coach will be happy to help you with that. In the meantime I'm attaching a few photos of that compartment. Ours is a few years newer than yours, but I suspect they haven't changed all that much. If you need anything else let me know.

Re. Reply
Thank you for those replies including the pics.
I have spoken to fleetwood and Spartan and have received schematics and diagrams that have been very helpful. At this point I am still looking for a pic that shows the compartment complete. Basically a shot with the door open and the carpeted covers off. I am needing to recreate the compartment.
After the tire bomb went off, the compartment was left with two fuse/relay panels hanging from the harness, and the smart wheel box separated from the harness, and lots of sawdust and plywood pieces.
Thanks again for your replies,
Bruce

Bruce,
I have an 05 revolution LE 40L. I can take a pic tonight when I get home and post back here. Sorry I cannot turn this around quicker for you.

as promised ;-)
Here is a pic. Again, my rig is a 2005 LE 40L, spartan Liberty chassis.
Note that I have a few extra wires that I have run, a component video cable and two large rolls of wire for my side cameras on the bottom left. I have no idea why they supply 65' wires for the side cameras ;-)

Re additional pics
Thanks Chris, that was great!
Even though the configuration is different than mine was, there's great info there for me to use. I really appreciate your help.
I have handfuls of little plastic pieces, and your pic really helps me make sense of it.

Bruce,
Youre welcome. Curious if you can share a pic of the carnage! It's kind of eerie, and reinforces a tough decision I made when I bought my rig used. I recently purchased my coach about 300 miles from my home. I knew the coach had the original tires with low miles. When I viewed the coach I realized that I wanted it, but that my drivers front tire had some pretty visible cracking (same tire that blew for you). Instead of going home and having the tires replaced at my local shop I had them done immediately.
Hope you get that compartment all sorted out. Sounds like the damage was cosmetic and the systems still function. Let me know if you need more pics.
Chris
