Rolling noise

I have a 2014 Fleetwood Southwind. Every once in a while, we get a rolling noise somewhere in the dash area. Sounds like a ball bearing rolling one way then a bit later back the other. Mostly on the drivers side. Ar first I though something had fallen down defrost vents but after taking them completely apart, did not find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

Only time I’ve had that sound was after parking under a oak tree. A year or two ago I pulled out with a couple hundred acorns on the roof, that really gets your attention when you corner. I have rails around the top so I had to blow them all off the back.
