I am going to assume the picture is a random example and not your rig. The arrow is pointing at the inertia switch. That is a common location. My 1996 Fleetwood Bounder has it located there. To function in a crash, the switch needs to be mounted securely and sense the impact. Yours looks just like the switch in the picture. Has to be under the dash close by.
Since you are troubleshooting no power to fuel pump, other items need to be checked as well. Out front, under the hood, there is a black plastic box labeled "power distribution box". It has the fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay inside. Relays are common failures. Test by swapping the horn relay for the fuel pump. You should be able to feel the relay click when a helper truns the key to run without cranking. The relay should click on for 2 seconds to prime fuel pump. If you have click, go back to fuel cap. Remove cap and listen at fuel filler when helper keys on. Should hear pump run. If pump runs, there is a fuel filter on the inside of the left frame rail about even with the transmission tailshaft. May be plugged.
