Sanicon 500 macerator

My Sanicon 500 macerator pump blew a fuse twice. It does spin, but just for a half minute then stops. It will start up again. I pulled it out and found nothing inside or around the prop although it seems a little stiff to turn by hand. Thinking I need to remove the propeller and see if anything is wound around the shaft.

It does sound like something is binding the prop. Most likely hair. Also, make sure know one puts "flushable" wipes down the toilet as the pump cannot handle them.
