Hi!
Just acquired this 2007 Fleetwood Terra LX and am wanting to use oven. Can’t find the shut off Valve and the Users Manual doesn’t say🤦🏼*♀️

ANY help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance

oblatejm1-

First off, welcome to iRV2!

Re: Oven. As far as I know, there is no valve to control propane flow to the oven other than the one on the front of the stovetop, with the ones that control gas to the stovetop burners.

There is (almost always) a manual valve at the propane tank; it controls propane flow to all the propane appliances (usually stove/oven, water heater and refrigerator). So, please describe the problem you are having, so we might better know how to help you.

Lastly, you should add a "signature" to your profile. It contains whatever info you want; most people put info about their coach there, so they don't have to type it into each message. Instructions for adding a signature are here.

Shut off Valve

Thanks Tony for the tips. New to site but will do my best to peruse and find to fix☺️

As far as oven, tried lighting the pilot by turning knob, holding match to pilot. She wouldn’t light. That’s when I thought the shut off valve may be off to the flow of propane.

Fridge and hot water tank are working so if it is what you say, I need to try again.

Being old with glasses doesn’t help😂

Generally on the left side of the stove is a knob which is labeled “lite” which supplies a spark to whichever burner you are lighting. The individual burner has a “lite” position or you could just turn it up and when you turn the ignighter knob on the left it should light. My stove is an Atwood brand and that’s how it works.

Did you try lighting the burners on the stove to see if they work? Can you hear propane flowing through the burners to make sure your even getting propane?

My bad memory says you have to push or pull something to light the oven pilot. Its not just a matter of holding a flame to the pilot.

Shut off Valve

YAYYYYY! I got the oven lit! The pilot is ON TOP of the mechanism NOT THE BOTTOM 🤦🏼*♀️

A flashlight with a ‘screwer’ did the trick!

Thanks y’all for ALL YOUR HELP!

Peace and happy trails☺️
