Finally had time to dig for it and it was where he said. The cable from it to Jensen was never plugged in. Ran it and plugged it in, Went online and added unit to my account, Then about 20 minutes of upgrading and unit works great. Thanks to all for your help. __________________ Pam & Mark Traveling in GiGi's Dog House. Sometime in February 2023 a New Travato 59KL. Although GiGi's gone a part of Her will always be with us ! She was our Baby Girl !
