Slide hesitates when moving out

My 1999 Bounder has a couple more problems besides the 12 volt lights. The slide motor stops repeatedly when moving outward. It eventually does go out all the way and comes in just fine. This does make me nervous!
Another problem, the black water/ gray water valve is leaking. Even though I've pushed the control knobs firmly back in place, there is leakage in the bottom of the locker.
Any ideas on these problems are appreciated,
Linda

If the grey and the black tank valves are leaking you are best off to replace them. You can try repeatedly flushing both tanks, even use some dawn diswahing liquid in the tank and let it slosh around see if maybe it may clean the seals enough to hold.
