Slide issue-won’t fully retract

1999 Pace Arrow 36B with 2 slides. Main slide is hydraulic ram and swing arms. Goes out all the way but only retracts part way. If I push on the slide we can back-and-forth on the switch and get it all the way in.

Previous owner (I’ve figured out) was a hack so there’s lots of cheap fix bandaids on my rig. In this case he said he replaced the ram with a heavier duty one. The pump is working and fluid is full. Is it possible there’s a relief Al e that is weak and releasing fluid before it should?

Issue number 2 there are 3 rails that the slide rides on and they have what looks like an anti-friction insert in them (reminds me of the track sliders on a snowmobile). One of these is missing so slide never fully closes at the front….sticks out 1/2 inch. Any idea what these are called and where I an get them?

Having a similar issue, turned out to be the slide rollers (located beneath the slide). I have replaced both ends and keep extra rollers just in case I need more.
