Slide not always retracting

The Dinette/hide-a-bed slide out on my 2019 Discovery LXE 40 M is not working properly. Occasionally it will not retract without trying several times. When it does this, it will move a little then stop, making a click sound. I move it out again and try again and sometimes it will go in. Sometimes I have to try several times. I have also pulled it from the inside while someone operates the switch, which seems to work. Any suggestions as what might be causing this. I also cleaned underneath where the rollers run.

We have been running into this on the new coaches. If you have another room with the same controller, you can swap that and see if fixes the issue. There is also a brake on the motor that be giving issues. If you have the rubber boot at the end of the motor, you can cut it loose and then remove the 4 screws holding on the brake. Try to run the room with that hanging loose. You can also lube the track under the room.
