I'm looking to replace the slide out canopy on my Jamboree 25G is there a good video on the forum for this task?

STOP! You need to be VERY careful. This is a very good way to break a thumb or a hand. My wife and I do RV repair for a living and we have both been "Bit". To start, you need to be sure what type of topper you have. Dometic, Carefree of Colorado, Solera. Then we need to figure out if we can change it with out removing an end. For example, Dometic left the channel open at the end and you can simply unwind(with a helper) the tube and pin it open using a scratch Awl or packing pick. I use a locking filter wrench. It looks like a Vise Grips with a large rounded jaws. You simply clamp on the end you are not removing the fabric from, and let it hold the tube. IF you have a Carefree of Colorado, it becomes much more difficult. The best way to know what you have is to unroll and find the sticker. It will either be near the coach wall or on the tube itself. With that number, we can figure out what you have. OR, post a picture of the end of the tube. Carefree has 3 types that all operate a little different. This is a project that if you are not absolutely sure what you are doing, pay someone else to do it. Best case scenario is you unwind the spring and have to re wind it. the worst case is a trip to the ER. I hope I have over exaggerated the dangers enough. What ever you do, make sure you keep your hands away from the ends. I am happy to help with advise. Google Longship RV and ask for Dave.

Already did one, just a matter of aligning the end caps [roll with your hand] untill slots line up on end caps, then insert 3/16 Allen wrench. Let go of roller and it will lock up on the Allen wrench.

Rusty screw in gutter may be a problem, [steel screw in aluminum gutter]
