Slide Out Motor

We have a 2001 Bounder 37 with a burnt out slide motor on the, large, driver side slide.
Does anyone know of an after market source for these items?
Thanks

Hi Tbaytom; Sorry, don't have a Bounder. Can you get any info off the slide motor like manufacture and model number. If you can the next best bet that I can think of is to Google or Bing that information and see what pops up on the web. I am sure your slide out motor is used by other RV manufacture's. Those slide out motors along with the gear box are not cheap. If you have already done this please disregard this message.

Amazon has several different motors have you tried them?

Call Fleetwood tech support to get the part number and manufacture.
Have done that several times with good success. Usually Amazon or Ebay
will post several options and prices.
If you Bounder is similar to our Discovery, replacing the slide motor should
not be that difficult.

eBay. Take a picture of your slide motor compare with new motor offers on ebay listings call the guy listing. I don't recall the one I bought but it was a perfect bolt up and close enough spec. It worked great about $300
