Slide Rollers 2019 Southwind 35K

Any idea how to access the slide rollers to check and see if they are tight and secure?

Have to look from the outside in the 3 inch gap or use an endoscope from the inside. Assuming you have an above floor slide.

Is there anyway to tighten the screws to the rollers if they come loose. When I went to the factory, they put on 3 more rollers to the big slideout, which only had two. Wouldn't have known to ask except for a guy told me his bounder slide started to sag and they added 3 more. No questions asked by the tech so I assume this is a problem they've seen before. Why not just put 5 on during manufacturing? Never mind, I know the answer.
