Slideout gasket falls off

On my '08 Southwind 35A the lower gasket keeps coming off the rail on the main living room slide out. I've cleaned and re-installed it several times, taking care to engage the little barb on the back of the rail, but it keeps coming off. Anyone had this issue? Is there an adhesive or a mechanical solution? If I need to replace the rubber, where would I find an OEM equivalent?

Our gaskets for our bays were/are falling apart. I went to a local RV parts place and took a sample of the gasket. They measured it and did some cross-referencing in a catalogue and found the part number.

It's cheaper to buy it by the roll versus by the foot.
