The steps on our new to us 2022 Fleetwood Fortis 34MB stopped working and we just discovered our slides aren't working either. The master control panel shows the chassis battery at 0 volts, but we know the battery is good since we just drove it home from storage. Anyone experience something similar and can direct us as to where to start troubleshooting?

Your steps and slides probably work off of your house batteries and your symptoms indicate they are dead or extremely low. Those are separate from your chassis batteries.
