Not sure on that. I only briefly saw it on after install of new panel. Havent seen it on since 1+ year.

Update:


I installed the following LED light...

The light now works on the AC panel inside the RV. I took my shop pad that I use to lay on and laid it over the solar panel on top (roof) then went inside the RV. The LED goes off if the panel is covered and no sunlight hitting it.

Update:

Light is still working great. Also after putting on my RV cover the panel is still able to pull enough to keep the trickle charge going

I used to have to disconnect the chassis battery to prevent it from draining down. Now I only disconnect the house batteries.
