Southwind flooring problem

I have a 2008 Southwind with imitation wood flooring in the kitchen area. It appears to be some type of vinyl and comes in strips that look like boards. Some of the edges are beginning to bubble and I have an area where it meets the carpet that got wet from a spill and now has bubbled, like the glue has come loose. Also, a couple of the "boards" have small gouges. Does anyone know where I can get replacement flooring and how hard it would be to remove the bad "boards"?

Our Southwind is 10 years older than yours, but has a similar flooring design. Ours seems to be real wood on the surface. I can't answer how difficult the job would be, but I'm tempted to take out all of the carpet, as well as the existing wood, except for in the slide and in the bedroom. I would then replace with new "engineered wood" flooring strips. I would just buy some from Home Depot or Lowes. I would probably glue it down. However, some of this flooring is normally installed with the pieces locked together and "floating" on a thin layer of foam. On a motorhome, I'm concerned about how I would finish around the stepwell and the edges. I think I'lll study the matter further before tackling the job.

In our online shopping for used motorhomes, I've seen photos of several that have been re-floored. They look good. We are not great fans of carpet anywhere except the bedroom.

If you are not up to doing it yourself, and are willing to pay, there are companies that advertise that they re-floor motorhomes.
