Spartan resettable fuses on 93 american eagle

Does anyone know where FLeetwood put Spartan resettable fuses this is what the lights and trans is all managed, Spartan told me there should be resetable chassis fuses somewhere ,, not under the bed or the fuses with the batteries or the bus bar panel in the front, that is what should have the resetable fuses

The self re-setting circuit Breakers are located in the large panel up front to the top right of your Generator. Open your hood Bonnet above the Generator and you'll see the panel box.
In addition American Coach installed the panel not Spartan.
