As you can see already, you'll do much better with providing the particulars on your coach.
Seems that you have a DP here and with a CAT engine. I'm guessing a Frieghtliner chassis, as well.
Can't say where, but the chassis manufacture should be able to give these locations and provide you with some drawings, as well.
Having said all that, there's usually two or three aux. relays or solenoids between the ignition sw. and the main starter solenoid itself, which will be mounted on top of the starter. There's also other things like a starter lockout and a neutral switch in the circuit.
Can you hear the main solenoid clicking when you try and start it?
I will say that it's most convenient for having an emergency start button mounted somewhere back in the engine compartment or rear basement, that's wired directly to the main starter solenoid and for getting you going in a pinch. This bypasses all of the above and it it won't turn over then, you might want to look at replacing the whole starter.
