Steering vibrating

After I hit a pot hole the steering in my r v started to shake violently I stop the r v, and then restarted it and the shaking had stop. This has happen a few times with the last one being the worst. Hopefully someone in the forum can help me. Oh yes the RV is a 1993 Ford Fleetwood Bounder 7.5 petrol, its 32 foot, it also got 6 new tyres last August. I hope there's someone out there who has the answer I need

It sounds like a front end inspection is in order, something is worn out. After 21 years, there is a good chance all of the rubber bushings have deteriorated. How many miles on steering componants?

Possible worn out steering stabilizer. It looks like a shock absorber that ataches to the steering linkage.
