Stereo Upgrade - wiring adapter

Are you aware of any sources for me to get an adapter to go from this Ford chassis wiring molex (sticker says 1754) to my new stereo (Atoto F7G2A7SE)? Of course the adapter from the car plugs right into the back of the factory Magnadyne 1.5 din radio but it will not plug into the back of my new stereo. I have the pinouts so if push comes to shove I can manually wire it but I'd rather plug'n'play. Thanks.
