Still loving RVing

It is our 20th year, and we are on our 2nd RV, both Fleetwood. It’s like having a weathertight fort that can be customized and taken with us. I am sitting here in front of the fireplace with a view of the lake, having a cup of coffee. Later this afternoon we will attend our Grandson's sporting event, and after the weekend we are off to Oceanside camping on Rincon Parkway in Ventura California.

Wow great to hear about someone still loving it and having such great experience with 2 different Fleetwood RV over that period of time. When i am going to look for a change I thought Fleetwood would be a great consideration especially a Bounder. Keep enjoying life! Safe Travels

Awesome to read Elwood, we are 20 years Rving ourselves Curious what your first Fleetwood was? You must have had it for a lot of years based on your current 2016 in your signature.

We've had our 2003 Fleetwood Southwind 37ft since new and apart from some initial annoying teething problems, a couple engine replacements we've absolutely totally enjoyed our times rolling around the countries with her. Prior to her, our first RV was a 5th Wheel in 1999.

Happy & Safe Travels for all.

Our first was a 26.5 Foot Fleetwood Jamboree Class C. Bought it New in 1999 and traded it in on our current Bounder. It had no slides, but was great for towing our Jet Skiis all over the west. We stayed in it up to 8 weeks at a time. Compared to that experience, our current Bounder seems like over the top luxury.

Our first Fleetwood was a late 80’s 26’ Pace Arrow. Coast to Coast and Canada with 6 kids. We then bought a Fleetwood Discovery dp, very nice coach. Sold it in 2012 because of health problems, took early retirement thinking the gig was up but retirement cured me so we are back in the game taking kids and grandkids all over in our Fleetwood Bounder dp. Our longest trip so far was 6 weeks. Fleetwood has been good to us. Looking forward to many more trips.

We're starting our 20th year when we dewinterize come Spring. Who knew we'd last this long when we started out in that 24ft TT? Our Bounder has been a great coach.

Fleetwood.... IMHO the most underrated and under appreciated of all the RV brands. So many others on here push the other brands and after looking, of course, we just bought another Fleetwood. Just like others above we are on our second Fleetwood coach. Our first was a 2016 Bounder 36E and now a 2019 Southwind 37F. We love the Fleetwood's. Its nice to see all the Fleetwood love!
