Storm Fresh Water Tank Drain Location?

Trying to find the fresh water tank drain on a 1998 Storm. Water was smelling bad, & needed to be drained. I never found the drain, so I put a water hose down as far as I could & let it run for about 10 minutes. Seems to have done the trick, but I would like to actually drain it completley empty.

Anybody know where to locate the drain? Thanks in advance!

I'd look in your wet bay area for the drain. Can you see your water tank at all? I'd think it would be around there somewhere but sometimes they were put in the strangest places. You could also look under your camper for a couples of small lines coming down out of your camper, there shut be a drain valve above that area in your camper. Also if your water is smelling bad it could be from the hot water heater not being drained too. I'd sure try to drain both of these and then give the whole system a dose of chlorine. I rinse the chlorine smell out with a doze of vinegar.

I don't know if you have the Owner Manual for your Storm, but here's a link to it... CLICK! 1998 STORM. On page 5-3, it states that the "quick drain valve" is located on the end of your fresh water tank. So, check the tank and good luck!

Find the fresh water tank, it's the white one. Open your side doors and check. The valve will be located right next to the tank. Mine is on the drivers side in the side door next in line behind the generator door. The valve is next to the tank.
