Suggestions

I have a wall looks to be damaged. Tomorrow should be a beautiful day to work on RV after tending my lawn.
I am a carpenter. Should I remove the window first or rip the wall under and replace with new wall? Possibly some beams as well. I have a slight bow underneath the window on the outside aluminum siding as well. What do you suggest I should do first before I really get into it?

From the picture it looks like the window frame has been leaking , it has to come out for a proper repair .
What year is the RV ?
Do you know if the wall is wood frame or aluminum ?

It is 1985 southwind model Y. I can't tell what's inside yet but I am positive it is wood.

I haven't started on the repairs yet. I will be using butyl tape to reseal the window. I have plenty of plywood in the shed to have new a wall installed. I have few questions, should I use pretreated lumbers? What thickness are they usually used for framing? (Assuming that some frames are in bad shape) Exterior wall is bulging a bit, can I put glue on the new frame and screw them in place then push the exterior wall onto new frame and clamp it in place? If so, what type of glue that would work best with wood and​ fiberglass?

I'll be sure to take plenty of pictures of the progress!

The only older 5er that I got into working on outside wall repair , was 2x2 studs, I did cut down pressure treated 2x4 for my repair , but I'd say that's optional.
Can't really help with the glue , as it was 16 years ago, and the products available have changed a LOT.
