Synchronizing Split King Adjustable Bases on 2018 American Eagle
Good morning. Has anyone successfully synchronized their two twin adjustable bases so as to be able to use a one piece king mattress instead of the two Wolf Brand foam twins that are factory installed? We've contacted Wolf who directs us to REV. We've contacted REV who first tells us that it's outside of what they normally do so we would have to bring the RV to Indiana! Really? That's the “go to” answer when they don't immediately have an answer? Ultimately we were able to convince the REV person we spoke with to look into it a bit before asking us to drive 1300 miles. When asked when we might hear back from him he told us “hopefully” within a week. Hmmmm. Not feeling the customer service “love”. Anyway, here's the *only* thing I can find on the subject, from a really bad Assembly and Operation Manual from Wolf. “Synchronization may be required for setting up two TXL bases. Insert one end of the synch cable [P] into the control box of your adjustable base. After completing the first five steps on the second base insert the other end of the synch cable [P] into the control box of the second TXL adjustable base”. Of course there is no “P” Synch Cable shown in any of the manual's diagrams. If anyone has successfully accomplished what we are seeking to accomplish, I would love to hear from you. Thanks.
