Tail Light Beauty Ring, How to Tighten?

The tail light beauty ring is loose-again. First one fell off in dealer lot.

I an guessing there is a stud with a nut that mounts it to the endcap. How do I get to the backside to tighten? It looks as the tail lights don't pop out.

Not my picture. The black piece is what I'm referring to.

Would double sided sticky tape hold it?

These are piece of crap and horrible design. Mine fell off in a parking lot. The top part of it just has a tab on each side that just inserts into the top of the coach. The bottom has two clips that are glued onto the trim piece, then those push into two holes on the bottom of the coach which is the only thing holding it on.

When mine fell off, the glue gave loose as both clips were still on the coach. Pried those out and glued them back on with gorilla glue. This was about 3 months ago and I can feel it getting loose again. I just don’t want it flying off while driving.

Clear Gorilla glue fixed mine. Not sure for how long, but they seem to be fine.

On my 2017 35K I have all those little LED lights up front popping out. I've pushed them back in numerous times now. I may dab a little of that Clear Gorilla glue on them. That stuff is great.
