My Bounder with the residential refrigerator had four 6 volt golf cart batteries to power the inverter. Fleetwood does a good job providing an adequet battery bank to support a residential refrigerator An overnight on a set of charged batteries is not an issue. The coaches alternator will charge the chassis battery bank while driving so there is no need to run the generator while on the road. I'ld be very surprised if the dealer pick up facilities did not include power. All you need is a 15 amp regular wall socket to keep the batteries charged. Plug the coach into any available AC and the built in inverter/charger will do the rest. If you don't already have them make sure you and a 15 amp (regular 3 prong wall socket) to rv 30 amp and an RV 30 to 50 amp adapter. Most Walmarts carry them.
The inverter is also your battery charger, while plugged in it will default to pass thru mode, pass thru is maintaining the battery charge and using the external power source to provide AC power. THe coach should also have an energy management system. There will be a panel someplace where you can tell the coach what the external power source is. The management system will then monitor the load of the coach and automatically drop out devices to keep the total load under what is available. If your plugged into 50 amp or running off the generator the coach will know. If plugged into a non 50 amp socket the coach will know and you will then have the option to tell the system what the available power is.
