The perfect tow vehicle for 94 454 TBI w/4L80E?

Just bought the following (video incl below) had it shipped from Japan...



1990 Subaru Sambar Try XS (32K miles US) and only 1 owner mint condition.

Full time 4x4, 660cc Supercharged 4 cylinder EFI, AC, 2 sliding door sliders (windows roll down). Weighs in at 920 kg or 2028 lbs

I assume you've already located a base plate for you new toad?
How about auxiliary braking?
Do you have a local mechanic that can work on it, or are you capable?
How about parts.

Holding off on the vehicle as a toad. Conflicting info as to whether it's able to be flat towed.

A different thought on a "perfect" toad. Even though you're more a bus guy. (Wife doesn't like it much though.) Parts are a little more available than JDM keis though.

I can get parts easily it's just there is conflicting info as to whether it can be flat towed on (4) in neutral. I cannot see why not given there is no pump flowing fluid in the trans and/or differential while running. Vehicle is 5 speed manual AWD
