The plumbing in my '99 Fleetwood flair 34D is totally shot.

Hi,
I made the mistake of believing somebody about the condition of the plumbingin our RV when we bought it.
Turns out that every order supply line is broken. This is probably going to be a stupid question, but how major a job is it to replace the lines going to the toilet and bathroom sink? The kitchen sink I can reach relatively easily. Is there like a raceway or something that you can stuff pipe through?
Thank you!!

Time consuming and frustrating ; to be sure .

Are the broken/cracked lines ; pex ?

Now you need to view as much of the supply tube as possible ; flex camera would help ; if the lines are only curved between supply and fixture , you may be able to connect new to old and pull through .

If there are 90 degree fittings in the line ; those are an issue .

Every piece I could see or reach is broken. There's an access behind the toilet and behind the sink and everything is shattered in there too.

Sounds like the result of a long term freeze up of an unwinterized RV .

Any chance you can return this and get your money back ; due to the misrepresentation.

Absolutely everything that is in the water system is probably shot ; fresh tank, 12 volt pump, toilet, water heater and all the tap sets.

This can be repaired but it will be time consuming and COSTLY , even as a DIY.

I should have mentioned that you also have to consider, where the water that froze and split the lines went when the ice thawed .
Good possibility there has been damage to wall and floor material and mold , in places with no access.

Thank you!![/. I was a service manager for a fleetwood dealership. Water lines are not fun but not not that difficult. Your lines are pvc but it is much easier to go back with pex. Pex is bendable and easier to handle. Attach the pex to the pvc and pull it through.
Don’t worry about mold. Mold happens when something stays wet and feeds the mold. The lines allowed the water to run out and dried right away.

The physical part of the sinks and toilet seem okay, we use the toilet by dumping water down it and we had no issues. It appears only the supply lines are shot, I'll probably end up paying somebody because I'm better off working extra and letting people who don't suck at plumbing do this. Lol

Yeah, you can probably run new lines. As you take away furniture and panels, oh! did tell you , that you have to take stuff out?? Ooops, yes!! as you remove stuff you’ll see places where water and electrical wiring run the length of the coach. I’ve done some upgrades, just use the right Pex lines and either use shark fittings or compression rings with a hand squeezer.

Keep in mind that you are the proud owner of a 26 year old coach and it’s incumbent on you to do your do-diligence or you’re gonna regret it, as stated above. Good luck.

If you are interested, I have plumbing drawings for a 99 Pace Arrow laser that I could find a copy to you. Sold the rig 3 years ago.

I brought it to the local shop who will hopefully get me a reasonable quote. The plumbing starts a mid-ships on the passenger side, and goes back about 10 ft to the bathroom via the sink.

There is a check valve on your toilet that is likely broke if the rv had a big freeze with water in the lines.
