Many available help areas on the internet for this. Here's one of them:

I clean my roof once a year with EZ House wash. Follow instructions. Spray it on wait 15 minutes, rise if off with lots of water and hose down the entire sides / coach. It removes, dirt, stains, mildew, etc. Only mild scrubbing may need to done. I've used this stuff for years and works great.
You can get the product at Walmarts in the paint department too. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Home-Armo...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

Before I was on my hands and knees, with bleach and soap but never removed the stains from trees and berries. Also I would NEVER use a pressure washer these things are destructive!

Good luck,
John

The manufacturers instructions on my Fleetwood was to use Murphy Oil Soap. I added a few oz’s of Dawn to the bucket. Worked well.

For cleaning, household products are all you need. I use a small yard sprayer, Dawn dish washing liquid, and a cup or two of bleach(depends on size of sprayer) and of course water. I use a step ladder instead of getting on the roof and spray the roof with the solution. If required, I’ll go over the roof with wash mitt attached to a long pole to attack stubborn areas. Leave on roof for around 10 minutes then rinse well inclusive of exterior of RV.

TPO Maintenance

Is there any maintenance that needs to be done with the TPO roof other a annual cleaning? The OEM manual says it doesn't require recoating or any physical maintenance.

Check the sealant for weathering or cracks every 6 months. Replace or apply over old with decor self leveling.
