tracvision sf maintenance port
Hoping that someone can help me on my laptop connection to the maintenance port on tracvision sf.
1. downloaded and installed kvh wizard
2. connected the usb to serial adapter cable (tried 2 different ones)
3. com ports match
4. 9600:8:0:1:none
5. drivers up to date
6. ird connected
I have been trying to connect for 3 days to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. I don't know what I am doing wrong. The wizard just says "waiting for com x". Is there something else to connect or should the ird be connected?
