Trailer hitch connector turn/stop signal

Both the Left-Turn/Stop and Right-Turn/Stop contacts on my trailer hitch electrical connector energize correctly when the turn signals or 4-way flashers are turned on but neither energizes when the brake is applied. The Bounder's brake lights come on but the connector does not. Is there a fuse somewhere that provides the Stop signal to the hitch connector only? I need to get this working by tomorrow!

Less importantly, the Battery Charge contact has no power either and I haven't been able to locate a fuse for it. Does anyone know where I would find it?

On a positive note, at least the the tail-lights and turn signals on the hitch connector work properly.

Funny you mentioned this, my brand new 2014 Fleetwood Southwind 36L had no power to the trailer connection. So I pulled the running light and stop/turn fuses out that are in the engine bay and plugged them back in and all works now...weird but I think the fuses were seated wrong or something.

Sheesh, Fleetwood says they just plug into the Workhorse rear chassis connector so it is a Workhorse issue and Workorse service facility says Workhorse doesnt install the separate turn/stop to single turn/stop converter, Fleetwood does. I cannot locate this converter. any ideas?

Had the same thing happen to me. Turn out to be a short inside one of the brake bulbs. I clean the sockets and replaced both bulbs on the MH and it works fine ever since.

Does your motorhome have separate turn and brake lights. If so like mine I had to buy a converter. Only cost about $20 and now everything works.

I still don't have power with brake and turn and I have separate lights on the coach. What's the name of the converter and where do I get one?
