Trans comm fail message

2017 discovery lxe 40x
After replacing the two relays in the bay below the driver, this message appears and won't start. All the fuses in the bay are good, could I have shorted anything like the TCM or shift pad, I did hear a strange sound when I removed the left relay. Changing the relay did fix my problem of the dash air not working.
Can anyone direct me to the TCM, and maybe the fuse for it.
Thanks
